Mehlman partner Dean Rosen, the founder of our Health practice, was interviewed on the KFF ‘What the Health?’ podcast this week. He spoke about changes in policymaking and political pressures on Congress, sharing his remembrance of the late Senator Nancy Kassebaum, who, along with Senator Ted Kennedy, authored the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and was the first woman in history to chair a Senate Committee.
